Transgender Day of Remembrance Proclamation

November 19, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join us for the Mayor’s proclamation, proclaiming Transgender Day of Remembrance as a recognized day of remembrance in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Let the city know that we care about our transgender citizens by attending this proclamation. Numbers make a statement so please attend if able, and be sure to attend the vigil on the square at 6pm the same evening.

City Hall, second floor in Council Chambers. The proclamation will in the opening ceremonies of the session so please arrive on time. As soon as the proclamation is done, we will quietly excuse ourselves and possibly pose for a picture in front of City Hall on the steps if we have a nice group represented. There will also be a photo opportunity inside with the group and Mayor at the end of the proclamation being given.
